For me, there is a two-fold answer. One for me, and one for you. For me, it began almost 40 years ago. While in college I knew I wanted to coach. My junior year of college, I began coaching high school athletes in numerous sports. At first, I loved the competition and the opportunity for victory. But then my mind was open to something greater. As Simon Sinek says in his book, The Infinite Game, there is victory [finite] to fulfillment [infinite]. There is something greater than victory, there is the fulfillment of seeing people growing, and their lives changed. That became my drive.

For you? It would be great for me to share what I can do for you, but in reality, that is not how it works. What we can do together is we can assess your life, improve clarity in areas to grow, and then mentor with accountability to make sure we are attaining that growth. In the last 8 years, after coaching for nearly 30 years, I have had the honor to help influential leaders navigate difficult situations. It is beyond rewarding. I have seen high-level leaders cultivate and develop greater relational, organizational, and leadership skills. It would be my honor to serve and support any leader who is passionate about elevating leadership.
